Jatinderpal (JP) Kaur Sahi, MS, MBA
Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Sahi is responsible for providing oversight of clinic operations, development and management support to advance the organization’s mission, as well as participating in program and strategic planning, evaluation, and fund development.

Ms. Sahi has over 10 years of management experience as a professional in health care related non-profit organizations. She has worked with community clinics in the East Bay, including Tri-City Health Center as Quality Director, Axis Community Health as Director of Clinic Operations and Center for Elders Independence as Quality Director. Her area of focus is health care operations and compliance.  Additionally, she has extensive experience in program development and improvement plans, operational assessments, and implementation of EHR and CSR systems. 

Ms. Sahi joined RotaCare Bay Area as the director of clinic operations in August 2015, after leaving a position at Safeway, Inc. in Pleasanton, managing the Specialty Pharmacy (Health and Wellness) at the corporate headquarters.  She holds a M.S. in Health Care Administration and a MBA in Operations Management from California State University, East Bay.




Shiloh Kaho
Development Director

Ms. Kaho is responsible for the implementation of the strategic development plan for effective fundraising to advance RotaCare Bay Area, Inc. Free Medical Clinics mission. She directs the organization's grant writing, donor cultivation, and stewardship efforts.

She has worked for over a decade to increase, expand and maintain sources of funding to support vital health and educational services for the most vulnerable populations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining RotaCare Bay Area Inc., Ms. Kaho worked as the Development Director for St. Vincent's Day Home (SVDH), KAHO Consulting, and Operation Access (OA). Additionally, she worked to strengthen the mission and service reach of the Daly City Youth Health Center (DCYHC), Each One Reach One (EORO) and County of San Mateo Health System-California Immunization Registry (CAIR) Program. She has also worked in the private sector as a Corporate Event Planner for Carlson Marketing Group (renamed AIMIA), and Gap Corporate in San Francisco.

Ms. Kaho earned her degree in Liberal Studies from Notre Dame de Namur University with a concentration in education and social justice. Currently, she is working on her Masters of Public Administration.





Antoinette Lopez
Business Manager

Ms. Lopez is responsible for various business and operational aspects of RotaCare Bay Area including but not limited to organizing financial reports, overseeing volunteers, managing payroll, budgets, and guiding internal policies and procedures.

She has spent almost 30 years working at the executive level in the areas of leadership and management with primary focus in finance, insurance, and human resource management within non-profit and private industry. She draws her nonprofit administration expertise from her combined experiences as a fundraising professional with Ronald McDonald House of San Francicisco and Our Lady of Fatima Villa. She also draws on her strong buisness management skills aquired while working as a Stock Broker with Bidwell & Company and Financial Consultant with Wells Fargo Private Banking & Securities.

Ms. Lopez has been with RotaCare Bay Area for more than five years. She is a valuable member of the leadership team and supports staff, volunteer and donor efforts to strengthen RotaCare Bay Area's mission.
